Description
I was Assistant Lead QA for Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, so I decided to make the two main symbols for the game: Emil's weird sword and Marta's Ratatosk core bauble. I really enjoyed making both of them as they were a challenge in and of themselves.
The sword has that weird hook where the handle isn't connected directly to the core of the blade, making it take the weight of a swing by curving the force around the handguard. Tricky!
The core is a bit easier. It's a xmas ornament with red paint on the inside to make it glow, then a red plastic circle superglued in with shiny red foil wrapping paper in the shape of the core pasted inside. It really catches the light.

I don't know if this is too late or something but can you list the ingredients you used for the core? Or the steps you used to do that because your explanation of what you did confused me--
